About Me

I am New Hampshire born and raised, and moved to Texas in 2017 for my dietetic internship at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. After several years in the clinical setting, I chose to get on the other side of healthcare to keep people from heading down the slippery slope of chronic disease.

I pivoted my career to specialize in the realm of preventive health care and accepted the opportunity to work at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas. I specialized in weight management and also helped those living with fatty liver, pre-diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and the endurance athlete desiring to improve their nutrition in and out of the run. I ran cross country and track in college and post college got into marathon training and racing. As a runner myself, I have a strong desire to especially educate and guide my athletes to stay REDs informed, to keep them out of injury and feeling their best.

After relocating to Austin, Texas with my husband in 2024, I decided to start my own practice to continue to cater to the endurance athlete or recreational athlete in a more comprehensive way. For the life long athletes who want to maintain, learn more, or get an edge to their training with a more functional and in-depth approach, I am here for you!

I am reviewing more than what you are eating and drinking every day. My approach includes checking in with your stress levels, sleep, physical activity, energy levels, lab results, medication and supplements, as well as communicating with other practitioners where I see fit to best support you. More importantly, I’m meeting you right where you’re at.

Your relationship with food is important to me, and I aim to support a healthy one. Together we look for what "fuel" best  supports your unique self and walk together to ensure healthy behavior changes are made that can last. This life is a marathon, not a sprint!

In my free time, I enjoy running, practicing yoga, hiking or traveling with my husband, cooking and listening to music, snuggling my cat Charlie, and spending time or sharing life with other friends and family.
